Rooted in education and cultural pride, this transformative experience prepares a new generation of young women to rise with knowledge, confidence, and purpose. Through cultural workshops, panels, and powerful storytelling, participants explore how history shapes identity and how excellence continues to evolve through them.
This is where Legacy becomes Leadership.
This is the Evolution of Excellence.
Meet the Reigning Miss Juneteenth USA Teen, Bailey Howell
2025-2026
Bailey Howell is the reigning Miss Juneteenth USA Teen, hailing from the "Birthplace of Juneteenth," Texas. A 17-year-old honor student and senior at the Fort Worth Academy of Fine Arts, Bailey participates in the school’s visual arts intensive program, serves as chapter secretary in the National Arts Honor Society, and is an Ambassador for the National Society of High School Scholars. She is also a dual-credit student at Tarrant County College.
